All of our meditation and yoga classes as well as the horse interactions are beginner-friendly. Our instructors will hold your hand every step of the way and look after your individual needs and interests.
For meditation and yoga we recommend wearing clothes you feel most comfortable in. Light and airy clothing combos have been our practitioner favorites.
For outdoors we recommend sturdy shoes (hiking shoes or cowboy boots) and long pants, which can be worn on nature walks as well as around horses.
You may rest assured that you are in good hands. The Sattva Himalayan meditation technique we are teaching is very comprehensive, your chances of failure are slim to none.
A lot of the Sattva Kriya Yoga techniques can be done seating on a yoga mat and cushion or even a chair. Our instructor will make sure that the yoga practice is adapted to your needs.
Our horses are all trained therapy horses. They love to interact with humans and we will guide you through a great experience with them.
Horses are great teachers for us to learn from.
The only skill required for meditation / yoga / horse encounter beginners is the willingness to listen, learn, and be patient with one's progress.
